Thursday Trainings provide 90 minutes of high-quality, focused instruction centered on individual skill development and small-group combination play. Our curriculum remains intentionally flexible and is thoughtfully designed each week to meet the specific needs of the athletes in attendance. When 12 or more athletes are present, 2 sessions will be divided to include controlled scrimmaging, allowing players to apply their skills in game-like situations. These trainings emphasize discipline, effort, and attention to detail, with drills that challenge athletes both mentally and physically. We believe the best way to truly learn the sport is through action. Athletes will actively demonstrate each drill, learning and executing in real time for maximum development. Coachability is a key focus, and we strongly encourage athletes to ask questions and engage in the learning process. We are also excited to bring in a collegiate guest coach for select sessions, providing the girls with additional high-level instruction, fresh perspectives, and exposure to the standards of play at the next level. **T Shirts will be given to those attending 3+ Sessions!**
